You’re heading to a gorgeous but developing Caribbean island. Sometimes, we get the occasional power, internet, or water outage – it’s just island life. These hiccups are always temporary, and we do our best to get things back up and running quickly. No refunds for these quirks – it’s all part of the charm here!
Electricity Fee
We charge electricity separately to encourage mindful use and help keep our bills fair and sustainable.
💡 Why? In the past, many guests have left the aircon running all day while out kiting – often even with windows open – which adds up fast.
💲Don’t worry – you’ll almost always just pay the base rate, which covers normal use:
$2.90/day (cooler months)
$3.90/day (warmer months)
Max: $6/day (only in rare cases of excessive use)

Property Viewings
Our place is on the market, so viewings might happen during your stay. We’ll always give you a heads-up and aim for a convenient time. If a viewing happens, enjoy a free cleaning on us!
Timing is Everything
Check-in: Anytime after 4 PM
Check-out: Anytime before 11 AM
Late check-outs will be charged as an extra night since we need time to prep for the next guest.
Like to drop your bags off early? Simply get in touch with our house manager.
Can We Fix It?
If something’s broken or not working, let us know ASAP so we can fix it. Same goes if the cleaners missed a spot.
Staff Access
Our maintenance crew might pop in for repairs/checks, even if you’re not around. We’ll inform you beforehand.
No Smoking Zone
Please, no smoking inside the apartment. If you smoke outside, keep windows and doors closed.
Sandy Situations
Rinse off sand at the pool showers before coming inside. Sand down the drains will clog the plumbing – it’s not fun…
No Pets, Please
Sorry, but pets aren’t allowed in the apartment.
Damage Deposit
We might charge for any damages, missing items, or late check-outs.
Cancellation
We highly recommend travel insurance to cover any last-minute changes.
